Terms of Service and Service Warranty

These Terms of Service govern the installation and technology services provided by Spring Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By requesting or scheduling services through our website, phone, or other communication methods, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Spring Technologies provides low-voltage technology services including but not limited to:

• Structured cabling installations
• Network equipment installation
• Security camera installation
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• On-site service calls

Services may involve drilling, mounting hardware, running cables through walls or ceilings, and modifying installation areas as necessary to complete the requested work.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Obtaining permission from property owners or landlords before installation
• Informing technicians of hidden hazards such as electrical wiring, plumbing, or structural obstacles
• Providing safe access to the work area

Spring Technologies is not responsible for hidden conditions within walls, ceilings, or structures.

3. Installation Warranty

Spring Technologies provides a 3 Month  warranty on installation services.

If a problem occurs due to an installation performed by Spring Technologies within one year of the service date, we will inspect and correct the issue at no additional labor cost.

This warranty applies only to the workmanship of the installation and does not cover:

• Customer-supplied equipment
• Manufacturer hardware defects
• Damage caused by third parties
• Changes or modifications made after installation
• Internet service provider outages or network issues

4. Equipment and Third-Party Products

Spring Technologies does not manufacture networking equipment, cameras, or other hardware. Any manufacturer warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer.

We are not responsible for failures related to third-party hardware or software.

5. Liability Limitation

While we take reasonable care during installation, Spring Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed equipment or services.

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

6. Future Service Calls

Troubleshooting, repairs, or service requests occurring after the completion of the installation may be subject to additional service charges unless covered under the  warranty.

7. Modifications

Spring Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
